No Elevator:** Guest rooms are located on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator in the building, and guests must use the stairs. Please consider this carefully if you have heavy luggage or difficulty using stairs. Self Check-in:** We offer contactless self check-in using a PIN-code entry system. Guest Information & Identification:** Check-in instructions and the entry code will be provided after the required guest information and identification have been confirmed. Noise & Surrounding Area:** Our property is located in a lively area near Kinshicho Station. Especially on Friday and Saturday nights and on nights before public holidays, you may hear music, conversations, doors opening and closing, or other sounds from nearby businesses and the surrounding area. Damage or Excessive Cleaning:** If any facilities, furniture, or equipment are damaged, lost, or excessively soiled due to a guest’s intentional act or negligence, the guest may be charged for the reasonable actual cost of repair, replacement, or additional cleaning. No Pets:** Pets are not permitted. Cancellation Policy:** The cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking will apply.
